Sketchbook monsters & draft.

I love drawing weird little monstrous persons. I had the sketchbook last night and this morning and went to town with them. Here are some that I liked the best:

As a note, the “cannon that can walk” was my son’s idea. He also wanted it to walk on the ceiling, but I am not that awesome on short notice.

While I have my sketchbook out, I might as well show you a draft for the one coming after the arterial piece:

That’s a kite that she’s holding, it wasn’t clear. I will probably ditch the kite or do something more abstracted to make it obvious. I want to make pretty kite tails with very nicely tied bows and hang them in my house. The kite is less important (unless it has bows on it).
